Our Services
Building purpose through personalised support packages and opportunities.
Housing and Accommodation Solutions
-
Our Custom Support packages are designed in conjunction with our housing solutions. We're here to make housing and support more sustainable and accessible for more individuals:
Affordability - Housing should be affordable, so we address the economic realities of individuals ensuring that housing costs do not consume a disproportionate share of their income.
Safety- Our homes are not only physically safe and comfortable but also supportive of the social, emotional, and psychological needs of the residents.
Friendly- We create opportunities for social interaction, support networks, and community engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and connection among residents.
-
Where individuals travel for appointments, significant events, or to receive medical treatment, we can assist in arranging short-term and medium-term accommodation. We can also assist in organising travel as necessary.
-
Supported Independent Living Services (SILS) are designed to help individuals with mental health and disabilities live more independently and participate fully in their communities.
Through personalised support plans, housing, daily living assistance, skill development, and community integration, SILS fosters autonomy, confidence, and a higher quality of life for participants.
-
Embrace Independence with Individualised Living Options, you choose how and where you live. Our Individualised Living Options (ILO) offer flexible, tailored support so you can choose the living arrangement that best suits your needs and aspirations.
It's all about creating a living environment that enhances your independence and quality of life.
Whether it's living alone, with family, or housemates, we're here to make it happen.
Person-Centred support and Purpose Building
-
Our Custom Support packages offer a flexible, responsive, and personalised approach to care.
By providing individualised rates, comprehensive services, and continuous support, these packages ensure that more individuals can afford receiving the highest quality of support and meaningful housing.
-
Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) is an approach in the health and human services fields that recognises, understands, and responds to the effects of all types of trauma. We use elements of TIC to focus on enhancing participants' capacity by ensuring emotional, physical, and social safety and development.
Integrating peer support and mutual self-help into the support process, we emphasise partnership and the sharing of decision-making, promoting shared ownership of the growth process.
Acknowledging an individual's voice and choice and build upon their strengths and experiences, helping us and themselves to understand and address the cultural, historical, and gender contexts that shape their individual experiences and responses to mental health.
-
Traditionally called 'Support Work' Our participant mentorship focuses on providing personalised guidance and support. This approach emphasizes individual choice and control, fostering skill development, confidence, and independence. Through a collaborative relationship, mentors support participants navigate their unique journeys, build their capacity, and achieve their personal goals, all while ensuring their emotional, physical, and social well-being."
-
We work closely with local child and youth support services to assist teens in making the Transition To Adulthood (T2A). Housing, life skills, custom support and more, we continue to assist young people as they step out of legal care and develop their independence.
-
Outreach Support is about bringing support and assistance directly to individuals in their communities.

While we strive to support all NDIS participants through mentorship and tailored programs, it's important to clearly outline the services we do not provide:
Mobility: Participants must be able to mobilise independently, including walking, manoeuvring in and out of chairs or beds, and performing daily tasks. As a general guideline, we can assist those with a physical disability that impacts up to 40% of their mobility.
Hygiene: We do not provide assistance with showering or toileting.
Feeding: We do not offer direct feeding services. However, as part of our person-centred support focus, we do provide cooking assistance to help participants build these skills.
For clarity on whether our services are the best fit for you, please get in touch with one of our friendly team members.
-
Absolutely. We’re NDIS registered to assist participants through packages as well as our Rainforest Respite program.
-
As it’s not a one-size-fits all, we need to know some more details about you, your needs and your interests as well to create a more detailed quote for your package. The easiest way to start this process is for yourself or your NDIS coordinator to directly contact one of our friendly team members.
We operate within the NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits.
